Project Manager
This is a contractor position, 40 to 45 hours per week with some flexible hours and evening meetings required. Some travel may be required, about 10%. Salary negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of planning, designing and implementing client projects per contract terms. Successful candidate will be responsible for administering all major aspects of the planning and implementation including:

  • Coordinate all activities surrounding the complete management of above type projects.
  • Using PROGGEX Project Management methodology, facilitate the initiation of, analysis, and design of solutions with client resources and assure the solution meets client business and operational requirements.
  • Complete all administrative steps for project including planning, report writing, and financial management.
  • Identify resources for the project's implementation.
  • Prepare a project execution plan including staffing and facilitation of project milestones within timeframes.
  • Submit final report, including all planning steps taken, and a feasible project implementation plan.

Business Analyst
This is a contractor position, 40 to 45 hours per week with some flexible hours and evening meetings required. Some travel may be required, about 10%.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand policies and procedures driving business unit activities.
  • Work with project managers to understand deliverables and customer’s objectives/needs.
  • Understand and clarify priorities and deliverables to translate project needs into approved business processes and coordinate with development/engineering group regarding design, cost feasibility and approach.
  • Finalize business and function requirements and obtain sign-off and develop test cases, acceptance procedures and obtain approval on support models.

Experience

  • Experience with process modeling and system analysis experience.
  • Experience with driving use case and process flow development and documentation.
  • Experience with application development or management of software projects, including successful launch of web products.
  • Experience in leading project teams.
  • Experience in moderating teams design sessions.
  • Experience in iterative development environments, experience in Agile environments preferred.
  • Management of knowledge base and identification of new processes and documentation, including best practices for functional/technical area.
  • Operates with substantial latitude for technical decisions within domain area.
  • Decisions have moderate to significant impact on program team and budget.
  • Work with product owners to drive requirement-gathering process, offer meaningful analyses to facilitate decision-making.
  • Develop functional specifications, which include detailed use cases and system process flows.
  • Work with application development/engineering team to explain and clarify requirements; help in solution design.
  • Work with the QA team to develop a testing strategy and test plans.
  • Work with operations group to identify and communicate technical/operational limitations to the project stakeholders.
  • Provide cross-functional perspective and formulate methods to use toward customer advantage.
  • Work with project managers and product owners to facilitate product delivery.
  • Work with product owners to identify potential synergies and develop product road map.
